Our featured property this quarter is located at 18255 Clemson Avenue, Saratoga, California. This 1,700 square foot one-story single family home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property was built in 1955 and sits on a 8,260 sqft lot. It has a beautiful kitchen and fireplace, and a great backyard with a pool and gazebo.

Our borrower owns a business that sells home remodeling materials. He is also a real estate investor who owns multiple properties in well-established areas. He was in contract to purchase this home and needed to move quickly on it in order to get a good deal. He was purchasing the property for $1.3M and was able to put 40% down. We provided him with a loan of $780k in 1st position until he is able to get financing lined up with a bank. With the borrower’s good credit and financial profile, and a 60% loan-to-value loan on property located in a really good area, this is a solid addition to the fund.
