As we often say at Stonecrest, its important to balance hard work with a bit of fun. In that spirit, once each quarter we take the opportunity to recognize and celebrate employee birthdays that fall within the quarter. That group gets treated to a tasty lunch at great restaurant. A nice aspect of this gathering (other than a great meal) is that it often brings people together who may not regularly interact in the workspace, so it helps to foster a company-wide sense of unity and gives people a chance to get to know their colleagues more broadly. It’s also just plain fun, which is the most important thing at the end of the day.
